We offer FREE local delivery within 25 miles of our store, covering Suffolk & Norfolk. If you are outside of the area than this we offer a courier service which charges will apply. Please contact us with your order details and deliver address so we can obtain the best price.

Good news! If you have selected from our in-stock ranges, generally we can book in delivery with our in house delivery team within 5 working days. In busy periods like pre-Christmas and our sale events this can be increased. Do ask in store to see when we are delivering to your area. We deliver within 25 miles of store (NR32 1UR) covering Suffolk and Norfolk postcodes. If you are ordering a bespoke special order item (eg sofa suite where you have selected the fabric and optional extras, or mattresses) these are dependent on the manufacturers production and delivery times. We would expect your order to be delivered to us within 20 weeks*, in the majority of cases it is much sooner than this. Currently only sofas, divans and headboards are included as standard. Majority of cabinet furniture comes pre-assembled. Please do check in store at time of ordering. For self-assembly products, unless you have added this service (fees apply) when placing your order, this is not included.

Yes we offer a fitting service. Our fitters are highly skilled and specialise in carpets, vinyl and LVT laying. If you are interested in our fitting service please contact us to book your free in-home measure.

Yes, we have a large in-stock range of carpets, vinyl's (both from the roll and remnants) and fitting accessories; underlay, adhesives and door trims ready to go! All of which you are welcome to order and collect. We can also arrange delivery of your items if needed. Simply pop in with your sizes and we will be happy to help find your perfect flooring. Did you know most carpet remnants can fit in the boot of your car? All our remnants are rolled to keep them in the best condition but for a short while they can be folded for transport. We recommend you then re-roll the flooring once you get it home.Once you have cut into your flooring you will no longer be able to return it to us, so please check your flooring carefully before you DIY fit.

Most flooring manufactures have their own flooring care guides on their websites which we recommend you reading. We also sell floor cleaning kits in store from leading names such as Karndean Design Flooring. We always recommend a doormat to trap as much dirt from entering your home. We sell individual door mats and matwell ribbed / coir from the roll cut to size.
